From time to time this practice invites patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of the practice and how it could be improved. These surveys are completely confidential and help us improve our services.

If you are unhappy (or happy) about any aspect of the care you receive from this practice we would like to know about it.  Please feel free to speak to reception, your doctor or practice manager about any issues you have with the service provided. Written feedback/complaints can be emailed to practicemanager@inglismedical.com.au . All correspondence is confidential and will be dealt with in a timely manner. We also have a feedback box available at reception counter for patients to complete. If you are still unhappy you may like to contact the Health Services Commissioner:

Members of the public may make a notification to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – www.ahpra.gov.au – about the conduct, health or performance of a practitioner or the health of a student. Practitioners, employers and education providers are all mandated by law to report notifiable conduct relating to a registered practitioner or student to AHPRA.
