Dr Bruce Johnston
Dr Bruce Johnston is one of the five Directors of Inglis Medical Centre. Graduating from Melbourne University in 1982 with an MBBS, Dr Johnston has been in Medicine for 33 years.
After graduating, Dr Johnston worked as an intern, then a Junior Resident Medical Officer at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. He also held the position of Family Medicine Program Trainee at Moe Hospital in 1985, working in ICU, paediatrics and general practice.
Dr Johnston joined good friend Dr John Bergin in General Practice in 1985 and has also worked as Visiting Medical Officer at CGHS since this time.
Dr Johnston is particularly interested in Family Medicine. Outside medicine, Dr Johnston is a member of the Seaspray Surf Lifesaving Club, competing with the Masters Surf Boat Rowing Team.
