Diet management
The aim of the dietitian service is to translate health issues into achievable dietary modifications with a view to improving the overall health outlook.
Assessment
A patient presenting with weight problems, diabetes, high cholesterol, or a variety of other health issues may benefit from some advice from a Dietitian. Appointment with a dietician includes a full assessment of the patient’s current diet, as well as information and advice for future improvements.
Support and Guidance
There is an opportunity for any questions the patient has, further guidance and – most importantly – encouragement and support to continue with the plan. The Nutritional Assessment is also provided by qualified dieticians.
