Outreach Program
Head To Health Wellington provides outreach services for patients in residential care facilities, who may not be able to access mental health care and support otherwise.
Outreach programs can also provide mental health care to elderly residents in their homes.
Co-location and Services
Head To Health Wellington has an outreach program through co-location for the residents of Loch Sport and Yarram.
Head to Heath clinicians also provide services through Headspace in Bairnsdale and Sale.
Group Sessions
Our Clinician can provide group sessions for vulnerable populations on a variety of issues related to mental health. Contact our administration staff to seek further information.
The Head To Health hubs are designed to complement existing and newly funded mental health services.

The hub offers multidisciplinary team of mental health workers, including psychologists, mental health nurses, social workers, and alcohol and drug workers to provide extra support during the pandemic.
Our team has experience and skills in managing mental health issues affecting all ages, gender and cultural background.
Mental Health Support is available to everyone with a specific focus on vulnerable members of the population:
- Young, adolescent, elderly (including living in residential care facilities)
- Farmers, and people affected with drought and bushfire
- People with financial, occupational or family/ relationship issues
- CALD, LGBTQI, Drug and Alcohol issues
